I really like the look of this deck. A few questions about specific cards -

Feedback Filter - I'm not sure why you are running this. Was it motivated by your expected meta?

Levy AR Lab Access - What does this card do for you?

Scavenge - Obviously it's possible to live the dream with Test Run and it can be great with Magnum Opus. What does it do for you outside of interacting with those cards? Or are those interactions strong enough to justify 3x Scavenge on their own?

Clone Chip - I don't get what this does for you. It can be nice to bring in a breaker mid-run, but how is that breaker ending up in your heap in the first place? If it's in there primarily for retrieving things that get discarded via damage it seems like you could get away with 2 instead of 3.

Dirty Laundry - I love this card; why are you running 2 instead of 3?

Why are you running 42 cards instead of 40?
