I'm generally not a fan of Research Station. It might be useful to back up some specific ICE like Ashigaru, IQ or the Grail set, but you wouldn't want to use them in a deck like this anyway. Your deck is not combo heavy, you don't rely on having specific cards on the hand at the same time (like SEA + Closed Accounts), so none of your cards is waiting in your hand for too long before there's a possibility to play it. I don't think you'll need the Research Station, unless the runner specifically attacks your hand size with Itinerant Protesters and a lot of ways to give you BP. And that's a rare niche tactic, I think.

Plus, you have a lot of Upgrades in your deck. Exchanging the Research Station for some Operations or ICE might make a healthier ratio of card types.
