A stupid no ice deck

This thing will probably never win a game, but the way I see it, if a runner can make a no ice breaker deck, why can't I make a no ice deck? Anyway play an agenda or a trap and advance it. They'll either take brain damage or net damage. Hopefully they'll be too scared to take it and you can score your stupid agendas. If they don't go for the traps, back channel them for more money I guess.
