Quetzal's Pretzels

SCP993 3

Quetzal's Pretzels is a long running joke in the Winnipeg meta. I don't know how it started, or who started it, but it just rolls of the tongue so well that it's stuck around. It's also a pretty accurate name for this deck, as it ends up tying the corp in knots.

Paintbrush and Surfer together is a pretty effective combination, making most of the ice in a server 2 creds to break. Faust is included to both monetize dead draws after you've setup your rig, and to keep you from dying if you run into a piece of nasty ice. Basic run structure is pretty well set: force the corp to rez some ice, bounce or break it with Faust and then jack out. Paintbrush, then repeat the run.

Econ is Liberated Account for when you need money now, and Kati Jones for when you need money later. Medium needs no introduction, and Forged Activation Orders is included to support your "art".

Overall, a decently effective deck that is both fun and a pain in the butt to play.

Are you sure you don't want to include e3 Feedback Implants? It's perfect for Quetzal: Free Spirit and Faust against multiple subroutines.

e3 Feedback Implants would be great in this deck I admit, but Forged Activation Orders is a more important card to include. e3 makes the deck more efficient, but Forged makes it work.
