Amateur Criminal Deck

I'm an experienced shaper, but very new to playing criminal. Since Fisk is also new and not very good, I think we'll get along well. I'd appreciate brutal feedback on the choices in this deck.

• Run based economy to capitalize on Fisk

• Siphons, Emergency Shutdown, Gang Sign, and HQI to lessen the blow of handing the corp pieces they need

• What do you mean Clone Chip costs influence?

• Those are the breakers criminals run, right?

I think that Fisk mill decks so far haven't adequately answered the question, "Why not Noise?" I think if Fisk is ever going to work, it's going to be because he accelerates the game, forcing the corp to play at a speed they're not ready for, while using econ denial to stop them from capitalizing on the crazy draw you're handing over.
