The goal of this deck is to control the game from the outset and until the runner is outscored or dead. Kill any killers they have and then banish them with a Chronos Project. Use Mother Goddess on remotes so they can't continue. Swordsman and all the other program trashing will take care of any AI. Marcus Batty should take care of any other ways they get by you. Recruiting Trip will let you get more Batty's back at the end if the runner makes it that far.

You don't really care about bad pub in this deck from what I can see. Why not ditch the Clone Retirements for a third House of Knives and a third Chronos Project? You could also go to 1x Chronos Project and throw in a Nisei MK II.

I don't feel you have enough ETR to rush out your agendas. A few Guards would work well, as would a single Shinobi.

I would never go below 3x Neural EMP in a CP deck.

Hostile Infrastructure doesn't seem like it will do much work, and it's expensive. Recruiting Trip is kind of in the same boat: you've got 3 copies of Marcus Batty, you'll see him.

If you want a fun singleton, Tenma Line might be really nice. It would let you put your ETR right where you need it when you want to score.
