This deck is inspired by the recently featured "Pure Foundry Balance" spotlight list. I tried running NEXT ice with Executive Boot Camps, and switching out Battys for the more consistent Caprice.

This deck shines in the early game when you can rez super cheap, effective/taxing ice to run out fast agendas. Bounce back quick with the Peak Efficiency's and Vitruvius counters.

Running a lot of 1x ice brings a lot of antisynergy with The Foundry: Refining the Process. Why run so many one offs?

You can choose to fire the Foundry ability even if you know there are no other copies in your deck. This shuffling can actually be really good, subtitle play in many cases. Most notably, when you fire an ABT and you find 1 ICE & 2 other cards that you still would like to play (agendas or operations). I never want to play and rez 2 architects, 2 Ichi 2.0, 2 Rotos, or 2 Sherlocks. Each one of those ice have a different role in different match ups. For example, Ichi 2.0 is killer vs Anarch Fixed Strength breakers. Rototurret is a 1 off surprise.

The Foundry ability removes a lot of cards from your deck really quickly. Lots of turns, you will rez one with an EBC on your turn. So, you thin your deck to find the ice you want multiple copies of, allowing you to find the 1 off ones that you rez as a surprise to slow/cripple the runner.

On the flip side, you pretty much always want to find more Eli's, the other Chum, and more Quandary's.
