Custom Biotics: Keegan interns for HB

Just a fun deck I threw together after seeing Keegan. Who needs Jinteki cards when you can have 22 influence from NBN and Weyland? It's got money, its got pretty alright rush ice, and eventual bigger taxing ice (6 next is enough). chucked in 2 bootcamps because I just keep running into val... I'm not sure what I would change except perhaps, maybe go down to 1 restructure and go with 2 green level clearances, just to recover from siphons.
