Goodstuff Theory

Basic CT build from a new-ish player. It's something I tried to build from the ground up and think over the advantages and disadvantages of every single card, but I suppose I ended up with something quite standard and boring.

Still, I'm hoping for any input, and here are some thoughts:

I initially played Earthrise Hotel instead of Quality Time, but I figured I'll rarely have a detrimental overdraw between Box-E and a good amount of stuff having redundant copies.

I decided against Plascrete Carapace, and instead go for the double Critic. Critic hits quite a few more decks while taking care of most of the Scorch enablers. SEA Source can be easily combated with clicking Opus a little more feverishly than usual. That leaves Breaking News and Posted Bounty, but that's a payoff I'm willing to accept.

Deus X may be excessive since the Jinteki matchup is already quite good with Critic and the additional hand size from Box-E, but it makes facechecking remotes and deep digging centrals a lot more comfortable. I find playing against Jinteki exhausting, so I'll grab any crutches I can.

HQ Interface vs Legwork - I decided long term pressure is stronger in a deck that can take a while to set up, but once it does, it'll run often. On top of that, an additional card to dump on Workshop is always nice.

I also thought about dropping the HQ Interface altogether, and slotting the third Stimhack + something instead of a Sure Gamble. Another Datasucker, perhaps, or either Hades or Utopia Shard.

My 2 cents would be this: I think it is good that you have put in draw and money but I think you have a little two much draw and not enough money. Hard to guage exactly but that's my thought.

I would also consider, if you are a new player, taking Legwork instead of HQ Interface. Not only do I think it is the stronger card overrall but it has the advantage of making you develop the skill of judging the Corp's board state, their actions, in order to deduce the optimal time to run.

I am a little concerned that high strength sentries may become a problem. You can probably play around that but you might find they're a pain.

Be aware that when Data and Destiny comes out there will be some even more ridiculous ways to tag runners not protected from meat damage. Its going to be scary for those without Plascrete.
