Just a preliminary deck for testing.. built with the idea of using improved tracers + surveillance sweep for program/hardware trashing with the zodiac ice; ideally trashing all sentry and ai breakers. Keegan seems like a nice a backup plan. Lily drags out the minimal tag punishment if needed, or the current in a pinch.
