The deck I use to teach Netrunner to new players.
Each card is straight forward and easy to understand and helps the beginner understand the importance of establishing an R&D lock. Plenty of card draw, economy, and a basic icebreaker suite. CT is used so the runner can have all three programs and Opus in play. Public sympathy is included to help protect against the meat and net damage of my teaching deck.
