Minh MaxX (with David and Imp)

(I forgot to change it but I also swapped out Utopia Shard for Hades.)

My favorite deck out of Worlds was Minh Tran's DLR Maxx. It's powerful and it snowballs really fast. After that first Siphon hits, the opponent really starts backpedaling and has to find a way to stabilize or they will be locked out of the game.

Powerful deck, I regularly play 5 to 6 Account Siphons to crush my opponents.

I brought this deck to a small 4 round tournament, and lost only once versus Butchershop, and beat a bunch of HB Foodcoats.

I changed the Faust and Corroder to David since I found that I almost never installed Faust, and Corroder only really stops Wraparound. You only ever run to Siphon and kill economy assets, so David is more than enough. It helps against Tollbooth and Curtain Wall.

I added 2 Imps, and I found myself discarding them more often than not. I cut an Inject and Daily Cast for the 2 Imps, and I did not feel that they helped a lot.

I think this deck is more powerful than DLR Valencia, but it's also more easily countered. I faced a Butchershop and I got hit with 2 All Seeing I's that wiped my board. Levy was there to help the first time, but I got Scorched after the second board wipe.

what suggestions would you have for dealing with Turing or 2 on HQ? 1 makes siphoning difficult, 2 impossible.

You can Siphon through the first one, and still have a click to do stuff (Joshua B), and if the deck is working as it should, you should be keeping them low enough on credits to get ahead even if you spend 4 clicks to Siphon them.

If they rez a 2nd one, shift to your DLR plan and hope to race them.

If there's a lot of Turing in your meta, slot in a Yog.
