Sunny's Contacts

Kaos64 116

Mulligan for Earthrise, ProCo or hostage in your starting hand. You need to see the draw in this deck as you will not be tutoring for anything. If you see Career Fair and Pro Co in your opening hand thank your current favourite deity.

Probably too slow for Fastro yet still was surprisingly quick to set up in play. Overmind is included to prevent #AnarchProblems the deck is prone to.

Kati is actually unnecessary for the deck as you will be swimming in money and could possibly be replaced with a second copy of Jak Sinclair.

I'd strongly recommend you make room for Zu.13 instead of the GS striker. I'm also not a fan of access to globalsec here, as all it does for you is make beating the nexus trace easier and make jak cost one less later on.

I'd love to squeeze Zu.13 in instead of striker but influence is really tight and I'm not running tutors. I'm with you on the Access to Globalsec however. Similar to Kati I never felt the need to install them.

since you have so much drip econ, I'd probably replace the professional contacts with a set of quality time. Maybe something like:

-3 professional contacts, -1 hostage, -2 access to globalsec

+2 Zu.13, +3 quality time, +1 symmetrical visage

thoughts?

Part of the problem with Sunny is making to those econ cards while still having money to play them, and not tossing cards because every one has some sort of value. I've found some use when installing Rabbit holes in the power tap deck to at least break even on the trace, letting drip force the corp to possibly spend money just to ETR me.

@pandaman64 The problem I have with running quality time in the deck is that the burst of cards minus 3 credits has the potential to leave you with a hand full of cards you will want later but haven't got the credits to install now. Earthrise already provides a similar function but gives me the cards in a more controlled fashion. Still it's interesting and may be worth testing.

@AsteriskCGY I did initially gravitate towards Rabbit Hole in Sunny but I wasn't really feeling them and they eventually got cut for card draw and multi-access.
