Experimental

I'm revisiting Adam in a theoretical tons-o'-programs mode. My concept is that I'd like to get credits for installing and trashing programs, and spend them for Overmind and e3 Feedback Implants.

Three of the directives in here are just for jinteki.net purposes, so I'm up to 48 cards but really 45.
