The main idea: Tax the Runner with tags, building towards a point where they have to take so many during a run that they don't have the time/money to clear them all. If they keep the tags, punish them. In other words, it's a SYNC deck.

If I can have you take away one point from this deck, it's that Casting Call is BRILLIANT in SYNC. Behind a Data Raven, the Runner will have to spend their whole turn and 9 credits + cost of breaking Raven if they want to steal without taking tags. With a Manhunt out as well, they're all but guaranteed to end up tagged. Most of the time the Runner will just let you score the agenda.

You'll want to draw a lot early so you can threaten some tag punishment. Sometimes the Runner will give up on clearing tags and start running through your ice with wild abandon. That makes for a fun race to find your Scorched Earths, and Closed Accounts and Pop-up Window suddenly become your best friends. Quantum Predictive Model does great work, effectively reducing your agenda density, letting you bait out runs behind Data Raven and occasionally winning you the game out of nowhere.

In general I think this is a really fun archetype. Runner's haven't really figured out how to play against it yet (New Angeles City Hall notwithstanding), you have multiple routes to victory, and there is plenty of room for experimentation given the amount of tagging / tag punishment in NBN.

Edits I would make to this deck: Take out News Hound (which feels like a worse Gutenberg and costlier Hunter), maybe Special Offer, and possibly one Casting Call (which is great, but only in the midgame when you have tag punishment and the Runner's not on match point). Add any combination of The All-Seeing I, Keegan Lane, News Team, Victoria Jenkins (rezzing before the Runner's last click to stick a tag), Media Blitz (for the combo with Restructured Datapool), Breaking News and 24/7 News Cycle (because why don't I have those cards in my deck already???).
