Runner Blade (yes, I know) (v1.0)

Artbroken 9

(Note: I'm still pretty new to the game and own a limited set of cards, so this decks reflect what I have to work with. In particular I don't have Creation & Control yet, which would make a big difference.)

I love the flavour of HB and of bioroid ICE, but the obvious weakness is that the Runner can just click through it, and the strongest ICE is crazy expensive. The idea behind this deck, then, is to get some of that ICE out on the cheap, and to punish the Runner for spending clicks.

Notes:

  • I'm pretty sure the economy doesn't work
  • The biggest, most dangerous ICE goes on scoring servers, which leaves the centrals much too vulnerable
  • Still, getting Wotan out first turn would be pretty sweet

I think the biggest difference would be made by cards like Global Food Initiative, Caprice Nisei, and Breaker Bay Grid. Otherwise, I think Oversight AI isn't great unless you're Blue Sun, Chum is probably not great, and the Pop-up Windows should probably just be Tollbooth. In general, Engineering the Future is better served by playing cheap to mid-costing ICE (say up to like, 8 cost) and stacking those vertically, and that ends up being taxing enough for most runners.

So probably prioritize getting those cards, and good luck! :)
