When you lock in the best deck in the format, knowing full well that everyone will show up extra prepared for it, the games will certainly be
This is the updated version of the Vanity Project Cerebral Imaging with just a few tweaks on the ice suite.
The original design and most of the changes come courtesy of Toron, I just clicked the buttons with this one.
The deck's strategy is to fast advance two massive agendas while breaking through all the disruptions that the runner brought in and given how famous the list and the id are, you're sure to encounter something in every game.
What makes the deck so flexible and capable of tackling every problem is the massive amount of cards it can play thanks to the small agenda density it has and the extreme level of recursion that it can afford to run.
Corporate Hospitality and Archived Memories are used to loop and recur all the necessary cards to win the current matchup: often they have to be used once or twice per game to get more Your Digital Life, but the rest are there to provide extra copies of Cyberdex Virus Suite, Ark Lockdown and even Hellion Beta Test, the latter being the most punishing card this deck has access to and often the reason to forgo contesting the few very powerful assets the list runs.
CI currently has a very bad matchup in the meta in the form of Liza Talking Thunder. The only solution we have is to ice HQ early on and hold onto a YDL with the threat of Panic Button to counter the Account Siphons. This is far from a surefire way to win the matchup, but we take what we can get when facing the most fearsome natural predator of the deck.
Here are the replays from the tournament, in case you wanted to see the deck in action:
Final vs aksu's Whizzard
The last game is particularly worth watching as it's the textbook definition of a game coming down to the wire. Probably the most beautiful game of netrunner I'll ever play.
CI has always been a pillar of Eternal's meta and with such a long history comes a massive list of options that the runner can play to fight it. Each of my opponents came prepared with something different that I had to play around and be aware of.
This is the quintessential Eternal experience to me, where card pool knowledge, netrunner fundamentals and a hint of innate intuition coalesce into the perfect mix, resulting in some amazing games with sharp lines and complex decision making.
For shoutout and acknowledgements check out my runner list here!
Come play Eternal folks, It's fun!

I’ve always been a fan of strategy games, and the tactical depth of Cerebral Imaging Infinite Frontiers really brings it out. Your decklist offers some interesting combinations! I remember my own experience adjusting my strategy mid-game to counter opponents’ moves. It’s these moments that make the game truly engaging. On a side note, if you enjoy immersive graphics and thrilling gameplay, I’d recommend checking out Snow Rider 3d—it's a fantastic way to unwind after those intense board game sessions! |

It’s fascinating to see how meta shifts can redefine a deck's effectiveness! Your experience with the Vanity Project Cerebral Imaging sounds intense, especially with the strategic intricacies and card recursion. I remember when I played a similar deck that thrived on fast advancements and disruptions. For anyone looking to explore a unique gaming experience, I highly recommend trying out Snow Rider 3D. It brings a refreshing twist to strategy games! Keep up the great work, and I can’t wait to see how you adapt further! |
