Installs cheap, binary ice early and supports it late by trashing programs: Will-o'-the-Wisp, Aggressive Secretary, Keegan Lane, and similarly, Archangel. First RSVP supports Ash and the economy assets. Then, hard-to-avoid tagging ice (Bandwidth, Gutenberg, Data Raven) supports Keegan. If the runner trashes Ash, program destruction should stop the following run.

Currently not punishing tags because Keegan removes them, but Closed Accounts might be good to slow the reinstall of programs.

I might add more binary ETR ice, to keep out the program-less runner.

Blacklist seems like a natural include, although we are seeing less Clone Chip after the MWL announcement.

Seeing as so much of your deck is centered around keegan (data raven, bandwidth, gutenberg) you probably wants ways to recur keegan like interns or archives memories, or else you are probably only going to fire him once or twice
