This is a pretty standard Shaper stealth deck. It heavily leverages Jesminder's ability with Activist Support and Joshua B. Activist Support gives the tag at the beginning of the Corp's turn and Joshua B. gives the tag at the end of the Runner's turn, you can gain the benefit of both with no draw back.

Jesminder's ability avoids the first tag during each run. Joshua B and Hacktivist pop off at the end and beginning of turn respectively.
