NEH, 2 victory condition, MWL

I had a good Haarp deck, only 2 defeats in over 30 games. The the MWL happened...

So the question is, how to keep the 2 main victory condition (Fast Advance and Tag 'N' Bag) in a single deck. The answer: NEH

I had to cut 1 Traffic Accident, which allowed me to add Tollbooth and done. This new deck is as good.

It is weaker to R&D deep dig since it now lack Haarp ability; but by gaining NEH ability it's so much faster now that you can win much games before the runner is ready for a R&D lock anyway!

Data Raven is a MVP in the deck. For most runner, it simply end the run. Place one R&D as soon as possible, the other 2 can go on archive, HQ or scoring server depending on were you are putting your Quantum Predictive Model.

2 Victory condition: a) Astrotrain! b) Tag (24/7 News Cycle, Breaking News, Data Raven, News Team, Gutenberg, SEA Source) and Bag (Scorched Earth and/or Traffic Accident)
