Food Coma

It's that time again! Time to try out NEXT Design! I've noticed quite a few inventive, new HBs comin' up on the site the past day or two, and this idea had been brewing in my head for a week or so.

I really wanted to try out the new Advanced Concept Hopper, and I figured why not make use of it in a deck that likes to rush things out? If you score this early (enough), it becomes quite the little daunting thorn in the runner's side. It helped me through to a timed win against a Laramy (runner was so befuddled, I thought he was gonna fall asleep, hence the deck name) and then a regular scoring win against a Hayley that couldn't get econ rolling.

Melange is a true MVP here. If you put it behind an ETR ICE or Turing, AND have ELP out, they're spending a premium of time and money to get rid of something that I have 3 of. Pop-ups also help you get an early advantage, especially if they're not multi-accessing much. CVS is there to help you through those heartstopping Medium digs. Adonis is there to make money of course, but to also take attention off centrals for a little while.

Enhanced Login is awesome in here. If you get one early, that could give you the time you need to build up credits, and then fortify. Biotics serve the obvious purpose...get the Beta Test immediately, and then either make the runner poop themselves with free ICE, or just take it as an easy 3/2.

The ICE, as always, is somewhat conceptual. I'm almost never satisfied with EVERY single piece of ICE in any of my Corp decks, and that's mainly due to the fact that almost every opponent I see runs differently, with different breakers. I like Viper, since it taxes HQ in case of a Faust, Passport, or just straight facecheck w/Siphon. I'm not sure what I'd take out for Crisiums, sadly. Siphons can slow this deck down a bit, but not if I can bust out a Melange soon after. >:)

I run the NEXT suite, cuz they're cheap, they stack hard and can tax big after a while, and they keep runners honest. No longer must we fear recurring Parasites over and over every turn!

I think this could turn into something pretty decent. All it needs is some practice and some feedback/discussion! :) Please leave some for me, folks.
