Noise is hands-down the best runner in the game post-MWL. Even dropping down to 1 Clone Chip doesn't hurt this guy too bad, and I can't think of a reason I wouldn't want to play Noise right now.

Some decks run Scheherazade, I personally don't love it, as I feel as though once the Noise engine gets up and running, your econ is solid enough that I don't need it. I think I dropped it for an extra Peddler, although I can see the appeal of the card.
