Apex for St. Louis

First stab at Apex. Safety First + Brain Cage is to help fuel super strong Faust runs/resource availability of cards in hand for installing face down. DDoS because it's so good against other decks.

I want to play around with the Shards once I get them, and potentially Quality Time as well. This is something I've tested locally and want to take to a bigger meta and see how it does. Any commentary is appreciated!
