We're the good guys

I brought this deck to a recent store champ (and an earlier version of the deck with some changes to another Store Champ). In the first tournament I placed top 4 after the cut to top 8, in the second tournament I placed 6th after 5 rounds of Swiss. This deck did well in the first tournament, but only won 2 games in the second.

It's designed to deal with the Anarch Faust decks running rampant. If players are using cards from their hands as currency, you may as well take advantage of it and kill them! It's actually pretty good at that. It uses Marcus Batty and neural EMP recursion to get kills. If you have a Vikram and a Komainu on a server, you can use a Batty to fire the "runner can not use programs' sub on Vikram when they're about to encounter Komainu to make sure it fires (earlier version of the deck used Inazuma for the same purpose). Double Batty with Komainu or Neural Katana wins games.

Unfortunately, at Saturday's tournament I faced a Valencia deck with Blackmail recursion (Batty is useless when you can't rez ice), and a Haley deck with lots of money and Feedback Filter. I don't feel bad about those losses, they're tough match ups for the deck. Third loss was to a Gabe who beat me down with early siphons. Two wins were against Whizzard with Faust and Pancakes, and a Haley deck. Whizzard hit the Snare, Haley got double batty'd with a Neural Katana.

It's a fun deck and great in some match ups, but it also clearly has some bad match ups. Nothing ground breaking, but fun.
