I'm still not totally satisfied with where this is at, but I'd like to get some fresh eyes on it.

Laramy Fisk: Savvy Investor & Woman in the Red Dress are a package intended to provide R&D pressure. If the Corp declines to draw an Ice or Operation, run R&D and have them draw it anyway with Fisk. If they choose to draw an Agenda, finding it in HQ isn't terribly difficult with an interface or two. I am currently seeing a lot of Snares in my meta, so dodging those has always felt great.

Dorm Computer is a hedge against the Quantum Kitty and other yellow corp annoyances. Also protects Corroder against Power Shutdown.

Jak Sinclair does an incredible amount of work whenever the Corp has an open server anywhere. Often my first Hostage target.

What I'm worried about is influence, plain and simple. Woman in the Red Dress is 4 pips, and that could easily be spent on more stable multi-access or another corroder. Similarly, trading the Desperado for Box-E allows another Corroder. Another possibility is fitting in The Source, slowing down fast advance a bit while loading up the Film Critics.

I would say your better off with mongoose x2 rather than ninja. You dont have many connections for an off campus apartment. Hostage 3x seems excessive. No recursion could be a big issue. Maybe use campus inf for deja vu? Is 2 film critic really helping you in games? You dont have many tools to successfully mill but i can see you have some pieces there to try achieve that. You basically only have single accesses but not enough money to run a lot. You will probably need to increase your cash as whilst i like sec testing its not a sure thing against some decks.

I really like the style of play this deck is suggesting. Here are a couple ideas which may be bad but see what you think:

-Maybe try an all-in centrals strategy by dropping the Corroder entirely to make room for 1x R&D Interface? 1x Crypsis could possibly work as an emergency remote breaker in that case, together with the inside jobs you're already packing...though all the anti-Faust tech going around might make that a futile gesture.

-Since your strategy appears reliant on being able to get in to R&D and HQ reliably, an early Emergency Shutdown could help prevent you from being locked out when money is harder to find late game.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Mongoose x2 is probably the better call, I just hate the feeling of being locked out and wanted to have the capacity to break any number of sentries. Still, 3 sentries on one server means they aren't somewhere else.

This deck isn't going for mill, it just wants to clog the Corp's HQ up a bit. That's why remote pressure is necessary, it prevents the Corp from hiding agendas in remotes and lets me attack the Jacksons should the Corp try to cycle agendas back through R&D. I'm also hesitant to fully rely on AI for remotes since Faust tech is everywhere these days, especially Turing.

On a similar vein, while we technically only access 1 card off R&D, being able to look at the top card with Woman in the Red Dress lets us have the Corp pick up a non-agenda and dig to the second card if they don't do it for us.

Kati + Scrubber goes a long way for econ, but you're probably right that the econ is a bit light. Maybe Tri-maf Contact or Fall Guy to synergize with Off-Campus for a Hostage or something.

What about Doppelgänger with Three Steps Ahead for free runs and some econ?
