Technically Correctish

Epimer 176

I think this went 3-4 or something in the SC. It wasn't good, anyway. I'm not marking this as "placed high in a tournament" despite finishing 4th on the day, because my corp deck carried me.

I'm pretty happy with the events, hardware and resource package, but the core breaker suite is horrible. I was aware that it's inefficient, but that you tend to have so much money that it doesn't matter. However, it was far too easy to lock me out of a sustainable R&D lock and break me on remotes, so it needs to go back to the drawing board. It's so, so tight on influence, though.

you can try to swap shrike for 1 lady and mimic. I will consider adding a second atman, cutting gordian for a second cy cy and add 2 scavenges. You can cut the fan sites and Kati Jones, as you'll never need need to use her considering how much money you will make out of proco-aesop and technical writer. Also, cut the snowball and play inti, which is amazing against NEH and aesop fodder in any other matchup. Lastly, have you considered sheherazade over stimhack? Double installing all your program with a -1 discount is a pretty huge deal imho

Thanks for the suggestions!

The Fan Sites were excellent for digging me out of holes all day (clearly not excellent enough..!) so I'm loathe to cut them. They facilitate some really nice mid-run Hayley plays, too. Kati was good for glacier in testing, but you're right that she wasn't much use on the day. Wouldn't even install her against NEH.

I think second CyCy over Gordian is a great call. I went back and forth with Inti - basically I got spooked by matches were I had to actually, y'know, break stuff with it. The second Atman you suggest could help there, or possible even Chameleon for the small stuff (and small sentries in a pinch).

Scherezade was a luxury slot that got cut for influence. The Stimhack is amazing for powering Shaper Bullshit with Clone Chips and sometimes Fan Site, so if I was to squeeze in the Scherezade it'd be at the expense of something else.

You are missing the Harbringers which are a vital part of the economy of the original list. Professional Contacts can be a little expensive and can make you slow against NEH FA decks, and is a big target for resource removal. I have tried Pro Co in the past but it just makes the deck slower and feels more of a liability. You gain 1 cred for 1 card whereas every card that you play will net you more credits with the Technical Writers and the Aesop's Pawnshop and the Scheherazade down.
