LEGEND OF THE GOLDEN SAMURAI

This deck is based on my Store Championship NEH Yellow Tree deck, with updates and MWL legality. If you're bored with standard NEH builds and want to spice up a game with some shell nonsense that no Runner feels prepared for, take a seat.

Look at the influence bar, do you see all the red? Your opponent will see it too, up close and personal! This is a Jinteki shell game wrapped in an NEH deck, taking advantage of the corporation's influence and identity, and providing credible threat to constantly advanced cards.

Most Runners drop a plascrete, and some even drop it without question against NEH for fear of Butchershop, but Runners typically don't prepare for net damage, and against Jinteki they know they can slow their pace a little. The problem is that NEH is fast, and with Astroscripts it's even worse.

There is synergy between NBN and Jinteki cards, such as a scored Astroscript counter can be moved to a Junebug, or an ever advancing trap could be disguised as a Beale, (or visa versa.) In this build we've included a Ronin for added fun; with knowledge of a potential 3 net damage on the horizon it makes Faust play a lot harder to control, as well as leaving unchecked, advanced cards more threatening.

Why do you need an expensive SanSan City Grid or Biotic Labour to score out your Astroscripts? Just install them naked, you can score them next turn, or the turn after. Not scoring a Beale until 5 turns had passed is one way or getting your opponent to forceably doubt your strategies and get checking every remote.
