Super Smash Bros (1st Wrexham SC)

Took this to the Wrexham SC, packs up to Kala Ghoda. Went 3-1 with both this and CI for a 1st place finish in the swiss (no cut).

It's relatively standard as far as Geist goes - siphon early, get chairs down quickly and hammer centrals like there's no tomorrow. Keep tempo up with Geist burning through your deck. Levy as required.

The meta was weird; lots of fringe decks and at least two people who had little more than a core set.

Round 1: Robert - Replicating Perfection 7-0

He got flooded; he showed me 3 Niseis in his hand at the end, after I'd found 7 points in R&D very quickly. A Hunter did little to keep me out of HQ either.

Round 2: Ben - Replicating Perfection 7-0

Was surprised to see this much RP; trashed Sundews early and got plenty of Bank Job value. Nabbed a few GFIs early; the last 3 pointer came from Inside Jobbing R&D. He rezzed a Wall of Thorns to force me to break the Komainu behind it, leaving him on 1, which made stealing The Future Perfect easier.

Round 3: Jonny - NEH 2-7

My chance to pummel fast advance at last? Played too cautiously after an early Snare!, which it turns out was just to keep me off balance rather than flatline me. He rides the train to victory.

Round 4: Alex - Cybernetics Division 7-3

Having played this matchup with Alex earlier in the week, I had sworn never again to let the game go that long... The previous time I hadn't found a decoder in time but this time it was Breach sitting second-from-bottom in the deck, with all three Spikes in the bin. Eventually, Breach gets me past the four-sub NEXT Silver guarding R&D to steal the last Hopper, the turn after pinching one out from under an Ash, which Rabbit Hole excels at out-tracing. I should have Siphoned more heavily, but seeing an upgrade on HQ made me think that the 8 investment to get in wasn't worth seeing a Crisium; although it transpired that it was a Valley Grid, so maybe it would've been worth it.

Geist will only get better with Tech Trader, which may replace the Bank Jobs. Might not play as fast and loose with the tags and include some Underworld Contacts as well, but it depends on whether the meta calls for more Account Siphon, or too much Crisium Grid.

What are the multiple rabbit holes for? I know you need link for yourcloud breakers, but I don't see anything else triggering off of link. My guess is that it functions as sea source/midseason protection, ash hate, and enables you to th in your deck as soon as you have found one?

It triggers Tech Writer, but it also thins the deck to allow you to draw quicker. The decks all about the Interfaces, and with the Rabbit Holes and 45 cards, I can draw them faster. It is also incidentally good against Ash/Midseason/Vikram/Viper and co.
