Chronos Protocol lets you see the runner's hand when you Neural EMP or Hokusai Grid them. This allows you to use Salem's Hospitality to further deny them of key cards and/or flatline them with the aid of Punitive Counterstrike (especially if they have multiple cards of the same name in hand). You can use Blacklist to stop them from getting back cards they need.

The deck seems a bit poor to reliably punitive runners these days, which tend to be very rich, particularly given how expensive your ice suite is. How have you found it?

I'm guessing Melange Mining Corp. makes mad creds when they can't find a breaker. Also, don't underestimate the money making power of Celebrity Gift.
