They Told Me Infinite Combos Didn't Exist

Stupid jank first turn win.

The idea is to set up these ICE on a central in the first turn

As well as a Project Beale in a remote.

Then play An Offer You Can't Refuse. The runner runs the server. Shadows net +4 credits after they're rezzed, and Cell Portal only costs 3 to rez with Akitaro Watanabe, and the runner can't jack out due to An Offer You Can't Refuse. This means that THE RUN NEVER ENDS, netting +Infinity credits and +Infinity tags. The FAQ states that the player who caused the loop (you) declare a number of loops then end the loop, so you declare, say, 1,000,000, end the run, play Psychographics and score out a big Project Beale.

An Offer You Can't Refuse applies to a central server. Although, presumably you don't have to score out from behind these ice.

alternately, the Runner looks at two unrezzed ICE and lets you score 1 point, which will happen 100% of the time

@Miskarr Ah okay, fair enough

@elliotglendale I didn't say this deck was supposed to work in any way :P

Just going to drop this here :P

@lumbendilInteresting... the idea being to tempt the runner into running your server on their turn and then still force them to trigger the infinite? Definitely sounds like a good include

but. How to draw Cell Portal at start of the game? and what you will doing with Leela Patel: Trained Pragmatist?

@MaddenThe deck relies on insane amounts of luck in the draws. If the combo happens first turn then it doesn't need to worry about anything the Runner can do as it can just score out a 7-point Beale

You know, if you toss in a Matrix Analyzer too, then you can even advance your agenda while you make the runner run forever!

@botdamon The combo can't really happen first turn: 2xShadow, Cell Portal, Akitaro Watanabe, Project Beale, Shipment from Mirrormorph, An Offer You Can't Refuse, Psychographics are 8 cards total. And 5 installs, so still 5 clicks even with Mirrormorph. And 1 (mirror) + 3 (install costs) + 1 (akitaro) + 4 (offer) = 9 credits. So maybe turn ~3 if you draw very, very lucky.

So no 0.01% (or something in that ballpark) for a first turn win.

@AlakallanarI'm pretty sure I had written down a turn of events that could score it first turn. I'll double check when I get a chance

@bubbathegoatSounds even more Fun

Here's an infinite net damage combo. -NAPD -Architect +Philotic +Bako to make it MWL legal. netrunnerdb.com

I think I've come up with a possible way for this to happen: Starting Hand: AD, and some combination of Beale, Shadow, Shadow, Cell, Akitaro, Psycho, AD,

Click 1: AD (4) : Sweeps Week (8) , Anon Tip (8), Mirrormorph (Cell Shadow Shadow) (4)

Click 2: AD (3) : Mirrormorph (Beale Akitaro) (2), Sweeps (6), Offer (3)

Click 3: Psychographics (1,000,000,000) + Score

You've got one extra spot in the second Mirrormorph and one spare card from the Anon Tip draw. And hitting three ADs perfectly. But technically possible.

Small edit: in the first click, Anon Tip needs to be the last card in the AD because of the way AD is ruled. But combo still theoretically works.
