Professor Power

The idea is to leverage power counters and Brahman to make breaking into servers very cheap. You have a lot of options for cheap early pressure, and the net chips let you rely on Brahman to get you out of tight spots without ruining your rig with targets like Paricia and chameleon. All of the redrawing and reinstalling works well with Technical Writer and Professional Contacts. The economy is light by design, Magnum Opus is primarily there to help fight traces.

D4v1d with Brahman and Net-Ready Eyes is essentially your main breaker suite, with everything else acting to support it.

My first thought here is that while you have some decent tutoring going on, you really don't have a great draw engine going here.

Professional Contacts might help get 's and draw simultaneously, but it's expensive and it rather clashes with Magnum Opus. Perhaps Earthrise Hotel or some Diesel? Oracle May should be amazing with Brahman.

The last thing I might suggest (though it's a bit of a departure from what you have) is that you look at Replicator. This can be used as a way to draw and slim down your deck especially when you start installing those NetChips. Finally, it might be worth looking into the most recent alternative to Plascrete Carapace: Sports Hopper. This card is much more versatile, though you do end up losing cards when you take meat damage as opposed to counters, but if you add in just 1 or 2 Levy AR Lab Access...

I think the advantage that you have when playing brahman in a toolbox deck is that it essentially allows you to put on early pressure while you develop a rig that would traditionally require a lot of setup time. Card draw/replicator shifts the balance towards a faster setup, but I dont think that what I'm trying to do here requires faster setup.

Magnum Opus is a new addition designed to give you more flexability when it comes to fighting traces or trashing lots of assets. I've found that Professional Contacts and Technical Writer alone is enough to use the breakers; they're not that expensive to install or use. Oracle May is probably fine if you're getting heavy use out of Brahman, but she costs his only influence and cant be used at any other time.

Regarding Plascrete Carapace: the theme of The Professor: Keeper of Knowledge in a Sports Hopper is too good to pass up.

I'd love to hear from you if you decide to test your modifications.

Cheers

@Sithhat I feel the Opus is out of place really id prefer Kati Jones something that don't take up MU and you can use in the background of Professional Contacts. I get you have the NetChip's but that means getting 2 before you can host it it's also another big tempo hit on top of the Professional Contacts.

I also feel Femme Fatale is out of place here your not going to want to bounce it with it still been 7 to install with Sahasrara down and no way to cheat it out like London Library / Test Run and really theirs little it can do that D4v1d won't cover for.

I also agree with @kyrubas Sports Hopper is a great change for Plascrete Carapace since it came out I've change it in just about every deck it's just so much more flexible allowing it to be useful even when they haven't got Scorched Earth.

I like it tho it's nice to see someone using Brahman & The Professor: Keeper of Knowledge also.
