Turns out that the Professor likes dressing up as schoolgirls. Who knew.

The Professor has 1 influence. Stimhack is a good choice. A second cache is too. But since Rebirth is a Brand New Card (!) I figured I'd give it a whirl. I haven't tested it yet, and whether or not it will be useful or not will depend highly on draw, but with Artist Colony, this might not be a huge problem. Aside from dressing up as Hayley Kaplan: Universal Scholar, I can see The Professor enjoying a bit of Chaos Theory: Wünderkind, if MU ever becomes a serious issue, or Jesminder Sareen: Girl Behind the Curtain, if you're facing a board state with lots of tagging ice, or perhaps even Rielle "Kit" Peddler: Transhuman, if the board state makes Cyber-Cypher MVP or something.

Anyway. I feel like it might work. Any thoughts welcome.

I like that your trying The Professor: Keeper of Knowledge and that your experimenting but I don't feel Rebirth is a good choice for him. Yes you get a new ability with it but you also bring his down side to that character. Anyway I hope am wrong and it works but I don't see it fitting here.

@PinkwarriorWell, if you're referring to his lack of flexible influence - the only non-program influence that the highest rated Hayley Kaplan: Universal Scholar deck, Pitchfork (Sure Gamble is a crutch) uses is Hunting Grounds and Stimhack (and clone chips and Lady, sort of). If you mean that his down side is that he doesn't have an ability from turn 1, then yes, that's the main issue I know I will face.

@ryangibson86 It's actually slightly more than your first one but yeah that's what am referring to. It's also the fact the the corp even without seeing your deck is 100% sure you haven't got anything more than a 1 influence card in your other slots. They no theirs no Account Siphon or Legwork or anything like that to surprise them it's only programs and that's actually a bigger thing in my experience with him than anything else.

Suggestions: Find room for NetChips (5 or 6) and Brahman and the 3rd Self-modifying Code. Then you can go Gamble for Days and bounce Femme Fatale.

I was fiddling with a deck like this.

@ryangibson86 Not sure if I interpreted the sentence correctly, but you talk about whether Rebirth will work and then mention Artist Colony. Since AC can't play Rebirth, I was wondering what interaction you were referring to?
