Let's Talk a Walk: Chicago Regionals 4th Place 2016

Drug Dealer 33

Having problems with pesky Anarchs? Sick of playing against solitaire runners? This is the deck for you. It went undefeated in 5 rounds of swiss and 2 games of top8 at Chicago Regionals 6/4/14. I'm only posting it because so many people were blown away by it/wanted the list. Per usual, 48 hours before the tourney I have no idea what to play. The deck originally started in Blue Sun and it's shell can be rather easily moved around from basically any Weyland or NBN ID. I ended up settling with NEH because so many runners are prepping their decks for an asset heavy meta, so I wanted the card draw to help keep up with Whizzard/Scrubber/Paricia. The toolbox it can unleash against your opponents is quite versatile and nasty. Mumbad City Hall tutors out Consulting Visit, which in turn plays out most of your toolbox pieces. Executive Search Firm is also tutored out by MCH and grabs Keegans and Jacksons. Rinse and repeat with museums until the runner is either shut out or just plain scorched. The only times I really came close to losing were because Data Raven became useless once midseasons landed and I was scrambling to replace one on RND. In retrospect I would be -1 Data Raven +1 Little Engine. Oh man, little engine is a freaking house; scoring out behind it all day! I also watched a Faust player pitch 5 cards to get past it, only to be dead to a single scorch. On the day I played against 3x DLR Maxx, 1x Comet Ken, 1x Hailey Superclick/Chela, 2x Whizzard. Flatlining cats left and right while still scoring out to win 3 of the 7 games. I hope you enjoy, I'm going to be trying it out of Gagarin next!
