Prepaid Panzertantra v1.0

Something I've been trying out. Political Operative was a Stimhack, could be a third copy of Deuces Wild. Also started with Plascrete Carapace and Artist Colony instead of the two copies of Sports Hopper. But without Stimhack, Sports Hopper just seems like a better deal with the draw and link. Link is good these days! I'm sure it could use a fair amount of fine-tuning, but for now it's giving me that fun fix of shaper bullshit that the old Prepaid Kate gave. I do miss Parasite, though... A single Cerberus "Lady" H1 would be nice, especially if we start seeing more barriers in the meta. Might need to find a spot for Scavenge, too.
