I'd be really tempted to consider just using Grimoire over Djinn. It just does most of what you need Djinn for but much faster. Also, making room for one Bhagat may work out too: it forces ice over HQ, spreading the depth of ice and avoiding getting locked out of servers with +5 strength ice.
