MEMORANDUM FOR NBN LOCAL AFFILIATES FROM: NEW ANGELES NBN HQ SUBJECT: CONTROL THE MESSAGE.

Recent populist rallies worldwide have spread misinformation to the masses regarding NBN’s key assets. There is a danger that the public’s outcry against the number of assets held by corporations such as NBN could result in a loss of profits in the long run. NBN is instituting a global initiative to provide corrective programming to global citizens. The following instructions constitute a mandatory directive for all NBN Local Affiliates.

Project: CONTROL THE MESSAGE.

Propaganda decrying “asset spam” must not be allowed to reach the general public. Instead, NBN must reveal the truth about the rally organizers and their unsavory backgrounds. These agitators consist of rebellious youths, hackers, and known criminals. It is straightforward to acquiesce the whereabouts of these persons using these NBN technologies, some of which have been acquired through collaboration with Jinteki and HB specifically for this project.

City Surveillance is a useful measure for tracking down agitators. It is expensive for these rogue individuals to evade this technology for too long. If agitators are particularly elusive, they can be traced using NBN’s new, clandestine Restructured Datapool.

It is only a matter of time until the agitators are found. NBN’s Diversified Portfolio will provide ample funds to this end. Once found, these activists’ ability to enlist support will be crippled. They will face trashed resources and Closed Accounts, allowing NBN to take complete control of their persons.

Once subjects have been full apprehended, NBN affiliates can enact the final procedure in Project CONTROL THE MESSAGE: rehabilitation. Using NBN’s Psychographics together with recent developments in immersive communication via Project Beale, we can recondition a subject to understand the harmful effects of his or her countercultural behavior.
