Caprice and Marcus' Quick Picnic

thecodetroll 60

Caprice, Batty, Food, Rush.

Asset spam is big, tags are big, people are playing a bit slower and a spending all their time not wanting to die or get tagged. Rush seems like a good idea right now, and usually I play Weyland rush with killing the runner as the side objective... killing got a lot harder to do with nexus and plascretes abundant at the moment on Jnet at least, so i thought I'd go faster. Money - Draw - 2 ice remote caprice/batty picnic time.

Guard inner most ice is pretty good and trounces early inside jobs for a laugh, also Susan does work.

Crits welcome, I just continuously make decks and try to play them :D

I'm debating whether Corporate Troubleshooter is a great idea or a totally unnecessary one. Sticking a Cobra trash program subroutine will likely be game-winning in most cases, but Marcus Batty might do the trick well enough. Regardless, this is disgustingly fast. Good stuff.

Maybe there's room for Chimera? I think it kind of sucks right now because of Parasite.

Batty sticking a cobra trash is pretty much my go to, double points if you trash the sentry breaker before they break

Tempted to drop the Celeb gifts for Medical Research Fundraiser, because showing my ice / agendas even for wads of cash, is not worth it.... and giving the runner 3 when I'm rushing is no big deal

I'm interested in the number of Jackson Howard and DBS you have. Might it also be worth playing 1x Voter Intimidation to open Caprice Nisei/Marcus Batty scoring windows after they play Political Operative/Councilman?

Batty is safe from Pol op, not so much council man though. The sensi / DBs / Jackson spread could probably be played with, I go 3 jacksons as a cruch it also makes it more likely to save the unfortuante - if unlikely - agenda flood possible. What would you suggest?

The voter intimidation might be a good shout though, for sure!
