Fall of Nations (v0.04)

One of my first attempts at a Builder Of Nations deck. What I'm still trying to figure out with this ID is what makes it good, it's ability or it's deck size. So to try to get the best of both I've tried to design the deck in a way that allows rush but then also taxes the runners cards when running(of course helping open up for the kill).

I thought i'd publish this deck to open discussion and see what people are thinking for the ID.

There are a few parts i'm still not happy with.

Agenda Suite: I'm not sure if this is the best combination. Of course Global Food Initiative is a brilliant agenda forcing the Runner to have to steel 4 agendas instead of 3 but its also tempting to have The Cleaners. Oaktown Renovation and Project Atlas are chosen for just being good agendas.

ICE Suite: Of course some advancement ICE is wanted for this deck but I think to much of it can weekend the deck as a lot of the advanceable ICE needs money or time to make it any good. Yes Woodcutter is not a good card but I couldn't help but put it in.

What i'm not sure about is if Satellite Grid works how I think, does an ICE have to have an Advancement token on it already to get the 'additional' token? If that's the case I would be tempted to put in Dedication Ceremony, mainly because I like the idea of a Data Raven with an advancement token. But then again that particular combination is a bit of a waste of Dedication Ceremony.

Anyway any thoughts or suggestions would be grateful.

Cheers for reading.

How about Trick of Light?

@seeds34 Note that Data Raven uses "Power" counters, not "Advancement" tokens; Satellite Grid and Dedication Ceremony will not have any effect on it.

@0j3t3c4l0rTrick of Light only allows advancement tokens to be placed on cards that can be advanced. I was more looking for something that would allow you to advance unadvanceable ice.

@M1keDon't worry I know Data Ravenis power counters not advancement tokens. I just liked the idea of have at least one advancement token on Data Raven to potentially fire the IDs ability. Its a bit all eggs in one basket. It would probably be better having a second ICE with an advancement counter on it, then you would find of end up with 2 pieces of ICE (lets say Data Raven followed by Ice Wall) with on encounter effects.

Cheers for the comments.

@M1ke Satellite Grid causes every ICE on its server to effectively have one more advancement token, regardless of whether it can be advanced. This means a Data Raven on a server with SG has 1 advancement token for the purposes of Builder of Nations.

I think you might have been trying to say that the paid ability on DR (give the runner a tag) cannot be activated using the advancement token (it requires the expenditure of a power token, not an advancement token, and the advancement token is a virtual element anyway -- kind of like the bad pub from Corporate Scandal I imagine). This is absolutely true. However, out of BoN, SG totally "works" with any ICE, including DR.
