Kinda janky Glacier. Thoughts?

Quite happy with this build, bit of a noob, but I've had a 5-1 win ratio so far in local meta. Relies maybe too much on positional ICE, hence the janky part. Anyhoo opinions/recommendations below

Well, if it works for you in your local meta, I guess it's fine.

If I were to make improvements on it, well, I guess I'd start with the influence spread. What are the cards that you use your inf for and how much do you get off them?
You imported a Gutenberg as R&D protection, but no tag punishment to back him up. If the runners in your meta are relying on resources worth trashing, that's fine.
You have a nasty Whirlpool + Cell Portal combo that can kill runners by forcing them through Janus 1.0 twice. But how often do you really do that? You are using many situational and positional 1-ofs, which makes you totally unpredictable, which is awesome. But it also makes your deck unreliable.
If you start your game with no defense except an Enforcer 1.0 without Domestic Sleepers, a Hudson 1.0 before the runner even has multi access, a Cell Portal and a Whirlpool then you might as well have no defense at all. It's all dependent on when you get which cards, which is a little bit inconsistent.
The next thing on the list is economy. It doesn't look very strong to me, but I haven't seen it in play, so I might be off. You said you wen 5-1 with the deck, so you have layed at least 6 games. Did you have enough money in most of those games? If yes, then the eco is fine. If not, well, there are plenty of options. 3rd Adonis, adding Eve (which works well with your BBG), more copies of Shell Corporation to find it early or some Operations like Green Level Clearance, Lateral Growth or the like. Personally, I prefer Advanced Assembly Lines when playing EtF, because you can abuse it to install on the runner's turn and get a second from your ID off it.

As a general note, if you want to improve a deck, look at each card and ask yourself, what it does for you. Are you getting value out of Bifrost Array in a deck with only few good on-score effects? Have you ever scored that Mandatory Upgrades? Is Alix T4LB07 making money or just getting trashed too fast? Do you have the money to rez Ichi 2.0 and Heimdall 1.0? And so on...
I'm not telling you these cards are bad. Just think about if you make use of them and keep them if you do, ditch them if you don't. You can always replace them with copies of the cards you like to see most.

And lastly, a general rule of thumb: The shorter your deck list, the less 1-ofs and the more 3-ofs, the more consistent your deck gets. That's not "better" per se, but it makes the deck less random and more feeling the same every game. It's not nescessary (especially not for ICE), but it can help you focussing on a main concept and make that work.

Good man, thanks for the pointers, will try to adjust accordingly. I haven't all the packs containing the cards above you mentioned, (green level clearance and such), so didn't include them in my build.

@Kramscovers the majority of the points very well, but I'll oar in with a few.

Critically, ask yourself what the deck's goal is. You should aim for an engine that runs the least amount of complex parts and is at its most efficient. Said with respect, this deck tells me you've scanned through various cards you like the look of and just added them without a clear goal - for example I don't understand the potential behind influence used for Cell Portal, or Whirlpool, and if the Runner decides to take the tag from Gutenberg what are you going to follow it up with since there's no tag punishment?

Instead of saying what I would change, here's a proposed decklist below using the packs you have - and beneath it I'll explain card choices:

Haas-Bioroid: Engineering the Future

Agenda (10): 3x Accelerated Beta Test, 2x Global Food Initiative ●●, 3x Mandatory Upgrades, 2x Personality Profiles,

Asset (7): 3x Adonis Campaign, 1x Aggressive Secretary, 3x Eve Campaign.

Upgrade (5): 2x Ash 2X3ZB9CY, 3x Breaker Bay Grid.

Operation (10): 3x Archived Memories, 2x Biotic Labor, 3x Hedge Fund, 2x Media Blitz ●●●●● ●.

Barrier (5): 3x Eli 1.0 ★★★, 2x Wall of Static.

Code Gate (6): 2x Enigma, 1x Tollbooth ●●, 3x Turing.

Sentry (5): 3x Ichi 1.0, 1x Ichi 2.0, 1x Archer ●●.

Other (1): 1x Mother Goddess.

10 influence spent (max 15-3★=12, available 0), 20 agenda points (between 20 and 21), 49 cards (min 45), Cards up to Salsette Island.

I've stripped back your agendas to a decent set with your current card pool. The Mandatory Upgrades are key - if you score them, great; if the runner steals them, play Media Blitz and reap the benefits anyway. We need to remove domestic sleepers to lower your agenda count as current events are trashed if the Runner steals an agenda.

Economy is all through Adonis Campaigns and Eve Campaigns, which you should try and rez for free with a Breaker Bay Grid installed. Use them to build a scoring remote. If the Runner trashes them, fine, it's going to hurt their economy to do so. Ash 2X3ZB9CY is here for the obvious reason, and you have Biotic Labor if you need to fast advance agendas.

Your ICE has now been filtered to taxing pieces that the Runner doesn't want to hit. I've also removed super expensive ICE to try and not hurt your economy too hard - Ichi 2.0 and Tollbooth are more "desperate needs" cards, so use them wisely - same for Archer, it's more of a surprise card, only fire it if you think it will give you an advantage, and hope you're only sacrificing a 1 point agenda for it. Ichi 1.0 and Eli 1.0 are your stars, and Turing will see you well against AIs. Use Mother Goddess early if you can to deny non-AI Icebreakers if she is the only ICE rezed, it may buy you time if needed.

So you have a stable econ package, multiple taxations for the Runner, a means to gain an extra click per turn, some recursion, and one or two nasty surprises just to keep this fruity. Drain the Runner's econ, bait them into false runs, get your campaigns up and going for free if possible, and let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks very much for the input. I really like the media blitz idea, something I hadn't at all considered. I have actually modified the deck after Krams suggestions, do ideally need 3 of Adonis and Eve? I envisaged Archived Memories for their recursion and the expensive Ice is mostly taken care of by the BBG. You're right though, I just really like some of the cards. I'll give your build a shot though, it looks fun.

@Clutchfluid Yes you definitely want 3x of each Campaign, it's not just about having enough recursion, it's about easing them early and getting yourself online. Your Archived Memories should be used to rescue critical cards, since you don't have Jackson Howard.

Right, this is where I'm going to burst a bubble, from your last message it seems you've been Breaker Bay Grid to reduce the Rez cost of ICE, which you can't do. Breaker Bay only reduces the cost of cards 'in' a server, not 'protecting' it, so it only reduces the cost of Assets and Upgrades in that server.

Lastly, back on point, many new players underestimate the value of tempo and focus purely on protection, your goal is get ahead of the Runner and put them under pressure. When playing against new players I always make a point that rezing that Heimdal on R&D to block a single access is better for the Runner if you're forcing yourself to go broke for it. Think of your tempo like a car, you want to always be moving forwards, rarely slamming on the brakes and slowly building back up.

@Mechanoise, ha ha you're absolutely right, I've played BBG like that since I got the pack I don't know how long ago. Wierd how no-one ever pulled me on it. That's gonna really mess up my builds now...
