Shaper (Kate) - Econ. & Icebr (Deck from Single Core set)

dracoprimus 1

my firstdeck. I only have one Core, and most of the Genesis cycle. Looking for feedback/critique. Mostly for casual play.

Most of Genesis is a bit vague. ;) To give you some feedback: If you have Cyber Exodus, then you can improve this deck a lot by including Test Run. This card lets you search for a program in your deck and install it for a turn, before putting it atop of your stack - which means it will be the next card you draw. Perfect for two things: Use it for Magnum Opus early, use the Magnum three times (= 6 creds). Next turn, draw the Magnum and install it with 5 of 6 creds. You now start the game with your economy engine running! Second, it lets you find the ICE breaker you need, when you need it.

Also I suggest using another console. The Toolbox is super expensive, even in casual play it's sloooow ... Desperado is an amazing console out of the Core Box.

And you don't need that many ICE breakers. ;) There are little ways of getting lost cards back in the Core Set, so using duplicates is fine. But having a breaker against each ICE sub type AND double Crypsis is too much. You will notice that, after you installed all the breakers you need, every breaker you draw is a "dead draw" - and as you usually pay a click to draw, you want it to be worth it.

Cards from the Genesis cycle that you might want to include instead are Indexing and R&D Interface for more valueable R&D accesses. They are both in the Future Proof pack.

This is a good start! To echo @adquen, Test Run is solid and will let you Femme-Bypass for cheap, although only for 1 turn. You could drop the 2nd Crypsis and the Sacrificial Constructs for slots.

Rabbit Hole is probably a bit situational. Some matchups it would be very helpful, but others it wouldn't do much for you. I think you should either take them out, or keep them and switch out your 3 Armitage for Underworld Contacts.
