Breaking Plascrete

Boom.

Brought this deck to a small local friendly tournament serving as a qualifier for the Newcastle team for the UK Intercity. Lost most of my Runner games, but this Corp deck only lost to @Lilelia, who helped to build it with me, and so knew every card in there, and was able to Rebirth from Val into Kim turn one.

Obviously, the core of the deck lies in the Power Shutdown, Jackson Howard, Accelerated Diagnostics combo in order to fire off a free 24/7 News Cycle and then BOOM! the runner into oblivion.

Naturally, there are a few defences against this which you want to shut down first. While you can happily kill most runners through 2 Plascrete Carapaces in one go with this combo, something that other great NBN card, Scorched Earth was never quite as capable of, you will need to make use of the rest of the utility in the deck to guarantee the kill.
Salem's Hospitality is handy to fire off in advance if they're likely to be packing some I've Had Worse in hand.
You can always feed them some of your 1-point agendas, particularly 15 Minutes, if you need to get rid of New Angeles City Hall, or if necessary, you can always pull a Hatchet Job on them, at which point Salem's once again comes in handy, particularly if you need to get rid of NACH through some Fall Guys without them bringing it back.
Of course, you will want to score out some 1-pointers or have your Targeted Marketing handy for getting rid of Rumor Mill in order to be able to Jackson. Consider also feeding them an Explode-a-palooza if you need the credits too. Bonus points for sticking multiple copies in archives, letting the runner take one, and getting credits for all the accesses, then popping the remainder back into R&D, as I did in one match with it.
If all else fails, it's still possible to score out a win with this deck, with accelerated Shipment from SanSans in order to score AstroScript Pilot Program and/or overadvance a Project Beale.

Weaknesses:

Archives Interface is your enemy.
Geist and anything else with such ridiculous amounts of Corp turn draw, is going to require some work.
DLR and Keyhole can spoil your fun.
Noise would be a concern, if not for the fact that he has effectively been MWLed in all but name.

How well does Hatchet Job work in the era of infinite Temujin dollars?

Pretty well, if you time it right. Also, Temujin's already being kind of eclipsed in popularity when it comes to infinite credits by shaper stealth, if the last tournament I was at is any indication.

Makes sense.

At any rate @Sunyavadin I think Big Brother would be a decent slot somewhere in here to break through NACH when you combo out. Although, to be fair, I've seen no indication that's where people are going. But the theory craft logic holds up. :P

Howso? It requires the runner to be tagged. If the condition to be able to play it is met, you've already got through NACH.

Like, it's so extremely situational that the runner is going to have exactly 2 or 3 credits when you fire the combo, and so only be able to avoid 1 of the tags... It's far more likely they will have enough credits to avoid them, so you need to kill the NACH.
