Nice. After Scarcity of Resources dropped, I built something similar. Interesting choice in Service Outage. How has it performed for you?

3 Ad Blitz is far too many. 1 is more than enough, and having the opportunity to run Sweeps Week is too good. Targeted Marketing is also pretty sweet, and turns off Account Siphon pretty well.

News Hound might be doable in this deck.

It's pretty strong.

I like it! I'd probably go -2 Ad Blitz, -1 Levy University, -2 Special Offer, -2 Tsurugi, then +1 Biotic Labor, +3 Turnpike, +3 Sweeps Week.

I'd maybe even just drop the Special Offer and replace it with a Cyberdex Virus Suite. It looks like you'll be swimming in cash anyways.

Nice deck, but it really should have NAPD Contracts instead of Explodes. Tsurugi is an easy cut to make influence.
