Broken Mirrors v1.3

Dissinger 27

I believe this is the strongest she gets. You won't find much better without some serious sacrificing of resources. This deck is nice and clean, making it easier to run as its simple to get things going. Of course this is Smoke we're talking about and she had often proven a bit hard to pin down.

Smoke is like a faster Sunny where once she has shop setup, it gets hard to shut her down. Faster because you don't need all the pieces, nor is it expensive to get going. You just need two sources of stealth credits, and your ID is one of them.

Tech Cards

Film Critic - Will there ever be a point where this card isn't good? Film critic is useful for all it turns off, and if you're against NBN keeps your New Angeles City Hall online so it won't ever trash while you steal those agendas.

New Angeles City Hall - This card is essential for the CTM and Sync match-ups allowing you time to build before rushing in if they try to 24/7 News Cycle you. Also handy against the Blue Sun butcher decks as you can get out from under hard hitting news and still take a turn.

Rumor Mill - This is self explanatory. Turns off so many assets and upgrades leaving a corporation hard pressed to keep you out of key servers. Weakens Glacier Builds and makes the CTM match-up a bit more bearable.

Running in Style

Essentially the idea is to set up at least one breaker with a cloak. Once you have that you can begin face-checking. The only thing I would recommend is if you are scared of sentries and don't have switchblade down, put down an SMC. You'll pay more than you should, but it can come in handy against a face checked Komainu or Gutenberg.

Matchups

The Good - This deck does well against glacier decks like ETF, Palana, and Blue Sun. In these match-ups you can face-check early or set up a faster way of tearing things down. You want to be able to run by the time they have 2-3 points down, otherwise you are falling behind. Don't be afraid to check things. (ETF, RP, Palana Foods, Blue Sun)

The Bad - You begin to suffer when the game plan is to tag you. However if they're a Vertical SYNC you have better options than most. You will suffer if you don't properly prepare. Find NACH as fast as possible and put it down to prevent a 24/7 flat line and you should be okay. (Argus Security, Vertical SYNC, Titan Transnational)

The Ugly - All things said and done, Controlling the Message is your worst matchup, even with the NACH. You need to stay above 7 credits at all times or have the ability to burst above 8 credits with a lucky find. You will lose turns to tags and you will lose resources if you aren't careful. In the end this is by far your nightmare matchup. (Sync Tag Storm, Controlling the Message, Making News)

Summation

In Summary, this deck is designed as a speedier version of Sunny, its not flashy, but it doesn't have to be. Like much in Netrunner you only need two things, Consistency and Luck. May the runs be ever in your favor, and the Agendas weakly guarded runners!

I'm really sold on Lucky Find here. A stealth rig doesn't need a burst econ. You will need a much more steadier stream of credits if you want you New Angeles City Hall consistantly. Moreover the tag from CTM's ability cannot be avoided (which is the really sick part). I'm maybe wrong but the best defense against NBN is a load links...

Link is good but if they get a single tag on you, they will search and destroy your nexus, and at that point you suffer greatly.
