Something I thought up after seeing decks that used Leprechauns to host big programs -- I thought that using net chips might be a quicker way to get the MU to throw down big breakers and Hyperdrivers just for fun. HQ/R&D interfaces included to start digging for agendas, sports hoppers for card draw or "oh shit" as the case may be. Included personal workshop almost as an afterthought after I realized some synergy with Hayley. Looking for useful feedback!
