FTW Games Netrunner of the Year tournament. I had no idea which runner to play, so I decided to play Apex, on the basis that no-one would expect it.
Wanted to try out Top Hat as R&D Multiaccess after an Apocalypse, but never saw it all day.

I feel like you want to carry more than 1 top hat in an apex deck which has trouble with draw.
