Citadel Security Advisor

Being in a bit of a Security Nexus phase, I decided to post this deck to those looking to play Anarch differently.

There's plenty of econ and draw. What I find interesting with this deck is the patience required to reach a balance between pressuring the corp and setting up. With a few high cost installs, it can take some restraint after the early game to find a way to get a credit lead to be able to install the SecNex and beat the trace to bypass.

There are also times when running without enough credits to trace is the correct play. Times when you feel getting an ICE rez can lower the corp's bank to a point where they are less threatening. This opens up plays for future runs and gives you more time to assault HQ and R&D. And taking a tag is not such a big deal when you can ask the corp if they want to use their hard earned creds to boost the Citadel Sanctuary trace.

Bhagat used to be in here but I find The Hammer is enough HQ pressure to get multiple levels of ICE installs.

Econ:

Career Fair with all the resources is rarely stuck in hand.

Dirty Laundry combos well with Datasucker and Temüjin Contract.

Sure Gamble, Daily Casts, Kati Jones are neutral staples.

And, well, Temüjin Contract. Don't leave home without it.

Draw:

I've Had Worse can be used as draw when you don't suspect kill.

Inject is one of my favourite cards in Netrunner. It punches through your deck well while getting rid of the heap breakers. Sometimes bins your wanted programs but you would be super unlucky to lose Mediums, Datasuckers, Cuj.0 and Trope in two Injects.

Earthrise Hotel to go with Career Fair.

Incidentally, installing the first Rabbit Hole and going through the looking glass helps with the quality of ensuing draws. So, I'm counting them as part of the draw package.

Breakers:

Paperclip is awesome. Black Orchestra is miserable. But it does the job. Nexus takes care of the taxing ice anyway so paying 3 creds per run isn't so bad.

Cerberus "Cuj.0" H3. Better than Mimic. Don't ask me why. I've never ran out of tokens and feels great working with sucker support or any Bad Pub the corp might let you have.

I wanted to have a rig that was immune to virus wipes. Losing Medium tokens makes me sad but it never locks you out. Just go get some more.

---This deck makes playing against CtM a walk in the park. Happy Netrunning!

Heh, I've been playing with the exact same Icebreaker suite, save only one Datasucker! I'm loving the Cuj.0 hound! At least they can't ruin your life with Cyberdex.

@Crauseon I still can't believe Cuj.0 was made with STR 0. Super under-powered compared to the other two dogs. But it does serious work here and I'll will be looking to fit it my other runner decks.

Exactly. Even strength 1 would've helped loads. Anarchs in the day didn't get so much love...

The Econ looks solid, but do you think Underworld Contact would fit in at all for some additional drip money?

@dawspawnI found Underworld Contacts took up precious hand space if they show up before any link early game. Use of credits at the start is super important and installing anything that doesn't benefit us immediately might push us too far behind.

Saying that, it does the same job as Kati Jones once it gets rolling, bringing in 3 credits per turn so we could try removing 2 copies of her and a Dirty Laundry for 3 Contacts.
