PPVP Smoke

PrePaid in Kate worked well because she could get the discount on the Voice Pads to use with her Events, and this was before Temüjin Contract. I don't think the amount of credits you will eventually save via discount would be on par with Temüjin Contract instead. I would personally scrap the IHW, a Deuces Wild and the Voice Pads for Temujin, and I also don't think you need a second Levy. If you're going down the events route consider Same Old Thing to maximise the copies of your events.
