Psi damages the Brain! (8-3 @Janksgiving)

Took this list to an fun tournament. I decided to build a thematic deck so i end up with psi and brain damage.
Round 1: Nasir - Win (Score Out)
Round 2: Baba Yaga Smoke - Timed Win
Round 3: Adam - Win (normaly the runner has a timed win, but he decided to run on last play and sadly eats 3 brain damage for the kill)
Round 4: Double Medium Omar - Loose

I think with Martial Law and some tweaks it could be a competitive deck.
