Andrabayaga

First pass at a not-so-serious Witchblade deck. Babs is an absolutely adorable card that encourages jank advocacy from all three major factions; I'm tentatively on Team Blue for #Best Babby 2016, but we all know how poll predictions treat the blue people these days.

I like how Andromama feeds her baboo early and often with the queen-of-setup soon-to-rotate criminal card collector classic, treating her burgeoning offspring to a variety of magic academy seminars at fancy hotels, educational radio shows, and even exotic foreign exchange programs. Special Order fills in critical gaps and gets babe safely on her broomstick by an optimistic turn 3/4.

The castle package is hastily included, but seems to fit conceptually with a big blue rig approach. Needs some more old things, dies to Turing and Best Defense. Something to work on.

I don't know if you coined Witchblade or if it's just a parlance I haven't run into yet, but that's great.

How will you be paying for Switchblade o.O Only ghost runners? Not even a Silencer?

@Voron: Net Mercur is a thing you really have to see for yourself. Once set up, it'll turn the odd handful of Ghost creds into as much stealth as we'll ever need.

Like many icebreaker paid abilities in a Yaga deck, Switch's strength boost is a precision tool. It's really only needed against big ice decks, and even against those you will rarely require more than two stealth creds per server, one for the strength, one for a komainu or some such multisub sentry. Against those matchups, the constant running you will be doing once set up (as that's how you make your money), will more than fund Mercur for the big ice runs you need to take. Against cheap/no ice matchups, it's more card draw, but those are never gonna be a strong suite with Yaga decks.

Silencer, unfortunately, is a nonbo with Yaga. It could be used on the Killer that is Switchblade, but if the ice is not a sentry then you're technically using the AI breaker that is Yaga, not the killer that is Switch. Yaga does not copy any of the text on it's hosted breakers that isn't a paid ability, which makes for some really interesting blessings, and curses (witches, am I right?).

Space for a single silencer may allow you to build up a credit cache on net mercur, though; by allowing you to make a run, pump to transfer your recuring credit, but not actually use the stealth credit if you're making a run that didn't need the +7.

Anyhow, I like it; much like my shaper deck.

Took it for a spin, my changes: -1 Yaga -1 Account Siphon -1 Powertap

+2 Sac Construct +1 Silencer

Sac Construct for turning wheel might be a better move competitively to have better multi access. & Inside job is decent, but might be better as legwork. It's hard to say, Inside job is definitely a good card early since your stuck if you have no yaga. But, legwork would seal the game in some cases. If you take turning wheel, I'd leave out the legwork.

Secretly, the best thing about the deck is having both desperado & net mercur. I found the silencer useful for making sure I could bank net credits, but desperado & net mercur allowed me to keep most remotes in check with minimal effort. Not as good or fast as whiz, but you can handle the lateral flood if you have to. And you can get 6-8 credits per turn for trashing laterally instead of just 3.

I would say this is tier 2 minimum. It has some obvious weaknesses to yaga hate, but I don't see people running much of that yet, so win em while you can.
