Can you explain the concept? Especially what you use AAL for ?

And what does "rotated" mean in this context?

Genesis and spin cycle cards rotate out of competitive play later this year. This deck has no Jacksons, etc.

lets you install suprise ICE though, so could be useful

AAL is in here for synergy - it provides some econ, click compression (econ and install) and it can help drop my hand to 4 without discarding. In less-than-ideal situations it can be bait for a runner to run a remote. As a rotated deck the thing I've found is econ is a huge challenge. And, because of the smaller card pool I've taken the toolboxy approach with various cards like Ark Lockdown, Best Defense, Closed Accounts, etc.

This is a very early build. I've changed two cards since the original a few weeks ago. Another challenge with these rotated decks is ICE mix. I'd prefer more of a mix between types and that's my next task. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
